SUDEP Training Videos

Following the death of their son Charlie, aged 10, SUDEP Action supporters Jan and Barrie Burns have worked with South West Ambulance Service Foundation Trust (SWASFT) to create a training package for Paramedics and other Health Professionals to help raise awareness of SUDEP and Epilepsy Deaths. Part of their project involved creating a series of resources and training videos telling their story and exploring the lessons which can be learnt in Charlie's memory. 

The videos created by the Burns and SWASFT are available below. SUDEP Action are incredibly grateful for the strength the Burns family have shown in sharing their experiences, so that not only does every epilepsy death count, but hopefully future lives could be saved:
