The teams depend on our Active Members (currently more than 300) who share their time, skills and enthusiasm by providing support to our bereaved families and by participating in many different awareness and campaigning activities in pursuit of our shared goal of prevention of unnecessary epilepsy related deaths.
How it all works
The day-to-day running of the Charity is co-ordinated from the office in Wantage. The staff team are:
Jane Hanna ( Director), John Inglis (Director support) Andrea Ford (Administrator), Louise Cooper (Fundraising Development Manager), Stephanie Edlington (Finance Officer), all work out of the Wantage office (contact details below).
Fiona McDonald, (Campaigns and Communications Manager), Karen Osland (Bereavement Support & Liaison Manager) & Tracy Cowdry (Bereavement Support Worker) work remotely from their homes in Wales.
Sally Gomersall, (an external consultant and EB’s Education and Awareness Manager) works from home in Newark to support active members in raising awareness of SUDEP).
