Snowdon walk for Rachel

..

We are very privileged at Epilepsy Bereaved to have fantastic, active supporters who run, walk, canoe, swim, cycle and trek to raise funds for our vital work.  The monies raised by our generous fundraisers enable the charity to continue:

-To support and enable people affected by SUDEP and other epilepsy related deaths

-Fund research to prevent SUDEP and other epilepsy related deaths

-Campaign to influence the prevention of SUDEP and other epilepsy deaths

Epilepsy Bereaved’s active members play a vital role in our work.  In the last financial year they have raised over £77,000  Everyone at the charity is enormously appreciative of the enthusiasm, time, thought, energy and hard work of these active members.

Commemorative events not only raise funds; just as important is the fact that they raise awareness of epilepsy-related death in their community and provide an opportunity to educate others about the risks of epilepsy and seizures.

If you would like to get active in commemoration we would be delighted to hear from you.  We don’t expect our active members to make an on-going commitment, although many do.  Whatever time you can give us is greatly valued.

There are many ways you can help us to raise awareness in your community and to raise funds.  To find out about these opportunities and to see how the money you raise will be used, contact our fundraising department on 01235 766022  or Email; fundraising@eb-team.org.uk

Please use our discussion forum to let others know about your fundraising activities
