Many thanks to all who have helped to promote the appeal.  Some are listed below, we will endeavour to include everyone in due course;

 ,

 Epilepsy Bereaved members and Trustees

 Care Services Minister Paul Burstow said; “There are many different types of epilepsy, and the risk of SUDEP developing will vary depending on the type of epilepsy that you have and how effectively it is managed.

Anyone concerned that their epilepsy is poorly controlled should contact their epilepsy specialist to find out if they can be referred to a specialist epilepsy centre. Epilepsy Bereaved is committed to preventing Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy and other epilepsy deaths through research, awareness and influencing change. The charity offers advice and support on SUDEP, as well as a helpline for people who have lost a loved one as a result of epilepsy. I welcome the work they are doing to raise awareness of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy and other seizure related deaths.”
