HOW YOU CAN GET ACTIVE WITH EPILEPSY BEREAVED
There are many different ways of helping us to
raise awareness of SUDEP and epilepsy deaths and to inform and support
people who are bereaved.
Commemoration & Fundraising
Any donation would help us to secure the work of
the charity. Please email us if you are interested in making a donation.
Ongoing fundraising activities include grant applications and individual
commemoration events in memory of a loved one. There are many ways
to help us raise funds and raise awareness in your community. Encourage
your workplace to support Epilepsy Bereaved as their Charity of the
Year. Attend a fundraising event or have one of your own.
Family Support
This service provides information and support to
bereaved families using trained volunteers.

families, the work of Epilepsy Bereaved and the importance of accurate
investigations and recording of epilepsy deaths.
Raising Awareness amongst GPs and Health
Care Professionals
Ongoing education of the risks of SUDEP and other
epilepsy related deaths is needed. We can provide you with a pack

which encourages them to take up new national incentives to improve
epilepsy services within their practice.
All Party Parliamentary Group on Epilepsy

We continue to support and promote this group.
Activists from Wales and Scotland are active within the National Assembly
