How to give to SUDEP Action
Leave tributes, share photos and memories and light candles for lost loved ones.
Make a donation to SUDEP Action and help us to prevent epilepsy deaths.
Regular donations provide vital funds to help support the valued services we offer for free.

Inspiring change, even when you’re gone
Every donation counts
We are the only UK charity supporting those whose loved ones have died suddenly from an epilepsy-related death.
90p of every £1 raised is spent directly on our services and research to benefit families and clinicians.
SUDEP Action receives no government funding so we rely on our supporters and fundraise to help us do what we do.

Gift Aid Declaration (For past, present & future donations)
Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate
Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your name and address and declaration are needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
Please notify us in future if you:
- Want to cancel this declaration
- Change your name or home address
- No longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
